The Shelton’s Run Community Association bylaws are the governing documents for the community.  All residents of our community must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by these bylaws. A copy of these bylaws were provided to the homeowner in the disclosure package you received at closing when your house was purchased. The bylaws state how the Association should be run and contain information on voting processes, quorum requirements, provisions for holding annual and special meetings, how board members are elected, and other operating guidelines. The Shelton’s Run Community Association ByLaws are geared toward making every community member’s life safe, peaceful, and predictable.
