If you are selling your home, Virginia State Law requires the seller of a home to provide a copy of the Shelton’s Run Community Association Disclosure Statement to the buyer (new homeowner) prior to closing. Disclosure packages are only provided electronically and are sent to the requestor within 14 days of the initial request. The cost of a disclosure package is currently $75.00. 

Many exterior modifications to your property require the approval of the ARC Committee. Our ARC application for an “exterior modification” and the design guidelines are available.
